Without an account you can run up to 3 conversions a day with the Free per-conversion limits. Signing in is required to view and download the result in the standard flow.
What counts as a standard job
One conversion request is one standard job, however many files it contains within the per-job limits. A job is counted once its result is ready and accessible. If processing fails on our side, the job is released back to your allowance. Retrying the same request does not count twice; a new request with different options is a new job.
What counts toward storage
Everything you have saved to your documents counts: originals, versions, and items in the trash until they are permanently removed. Temporary results that you have not saved do not count. They expire 24 hours after upload regardless of plan.
When allowances reset
Free allowances reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Pro allowances reset monthly on the same day of the month your subscription started, in UTC; annual subscribers get the same monthly reset. Your billing settings show the exact next reset in your local time.
Questions
- Do I have to pay to download my first result?
- No. Converting is free, and once you sign in you can view, download, and save eligible results on the Free plan. There is no checkout step between signing in and your file.
- What happens to my files if I cancel Pro?
- Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan.
- What if I am over the Free storage limit after a downgrade?
- Your existing documents stay available to open, download, and export. New saves are blocked until you are back under the Free limit, and you get an export and manage-storage grace period of at least 30 days before any over-quota policy could apply. We will not require a new payment to recover files inside that window.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refund handling is described in the Terms. Contact support if something went wrong with a charge.
- Is annual billing a discount?
- Annual Pro is $99 per year compared with $9.99 per month. Monthly conversion allowances still reset every month on annual billing.
