Processing

On our servers; no third party receives your files

• Works on PDFs with an embedded text layer and ruled or clearly aligned tables. Scanned PDFs need OCR first and are not supported here.
• Merged cells and nested tables may split or shift. Every table carries a confidence note (high, medium, low); review before use.
• All cells are written as text, never as numbers or formulas; formula-like values stay literal. Empty cells stay empty and fully empty rows are removed.
• XLSX output has a first worksheet named Review listing every table, its page, size, and confidence, followed by one worksheet per table named p<page>-t<index>.
• CSV output concatenates all tables separated by a blank line, each introduced by a comment row like '# page 2 table 1 (confidence high)'; formula-like values are prefixed with an apostrophe.

What happens to your files

Uploaded files and results are temporary: access ends 24 hours after you start, and the files are then deleted. Signing in does not change that. Choosing Save to my documents makes a verified copy in your workspace that stays until you delete it. Full retention policy.
